ACH Debit Funding - Setup Instructions

You must enter your tax information before you can add a funding account.

  1. In the sidebar, select Accounts under Payments.
  2. Click Add Funding Account.
  3. Select ACH Debit and click Next
  4. Enter your bank account information and click Next.
  5. Review your account information.
  6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, and the Client Account Authorization Agreement.
  7. Click Submit.
    • RESULT: WorkMarket will make 2 small deposits into your bank account for verification. This can take up to 3 business days. 
  8. After you receive the 2 small deposits, locate the account on the Accounts screen and click Verify Now.
    • NOTE: If your account status is Failed, click View Details. You might need to contact your bank for assistance or add a different account. 
  9. Enter the First Deposit and Second Deposit
    • NOTE: You have 3 attempts to enter the correct deposit amounts. If you submit incorrect deposits 3 times, you must remove your bank account and re-add it. 
  10. Click Submit.
    • RESULT: Your funding account is verified. 

 

Funding timeline for ACH Debit:

Client initiates ACH debit in WorkMarket on a banking day before… Funds available in WorkMarket 3 banking days later by:
07:30 PM ET ​ 12:15 PM ET

Note: First ACH debit request with new bank account on WorkMarket will take 3-4 business days to post.
