We believe a better understanding of how the scorecard works will allow workers to monitor them more carefully and build a recipe for success. Therefore, we’d like to share the formula that is used to calculate your on-time ratings.
On-Time % is calculated by the total amount of assignments where you were NOT marked either late, or as cancelled within 24 hours of start time. Either of those factors will bring down On Time %.
A worker will be marked LATE, if check in does not occur before, or within 5 minutes after the scheduled start time (or end of scheduled window).
