Background Check and Drug Test Status Update

An update has been made to the Worker Profile page taking effect on January 23, 2023.

The “In Process” and “Review” statuses for background check and drug tests have been removed. Instead, you, as a worker, have the option to choose to display “Clear” results. This is to ensure you have control over when and how your information is presented in WorkMarket.

How to control how my background check and drug test status is displayed:

You can find this under your Profile. The default setting is the "Clear" status. You may change the settings to your status at any time.

How does this affect your Labor Cloud or Assignment background check and drug test requirements?

If you choose not to display a “Clear” status, you will not fulfill the requirement, and thus, may not be eligible for those assignments requiring it.
