Scheduling automated reports

  1. In the sidebar, go to Analytics > Reports to open the Reports screen.
    • You can also schedule reports by opening the report in Edit mode. 
  2. Click Options (three dots) next to the report you want to schedule.
  3. Enter the email of all recipients.
  4. Select the Frequency Type.
  5. Enter the Time of Day and Time Zone.
  6. Click Save & Schedule.
    • NOTE: You can schedule or update schedule ONLY for 'Customer Report' type. You cannot schedule or update schedule for 'Advanced Reports,' 'Prebuilt Reports,' or 'Analytics Dashboards.'
