Accessing Pay Stubs

Traditional “pay stubs” are not available on the WorkMarket platform; however, you can download a payment ledger report that shows your full payment history. This report can be exported and used for your records, taxes, or proof of income.

• Paid invoices
• Payment dates
• Transaction details within your selected time range

Before You Start

• Use a desktop or laptop for the best experience
• We recommend Google Chrome as your browser

How to Download Your Payment Ledger

1. Log in to your WorkMarket account https://www.workmarket.com/login
2. Go to: Payments → Overview
3. Select: Current Receivables → Receivable Invoices
   (Or go directly here: https://www.workmarket.com/payments/invoices/receivables)
4. On the left side, locate the Filter Invoices panel
5. Update the filters:
   • Payment Status: Change from Unpaid to Paid
   • Sort By: Change from By Due Date From to By Paid Date From
   • Date Range: Enter your desired timeframe
     (Example: 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025)
6. Click Apply
7. Under the results, click Export to → PDF
   (You can also choose CSV if needed)

The panel should look similar to this:

• Payment Status = Paid
• Sort By = By paid date from
• Date range fields filled
• Apply button selected
• Export options available (PDF/CSV)

Tips

• Use PDF export if you need a printable document
• Use CSV export if you want to analyze or edit data in Excel
• Double-check your date range to ensure all expected payments are included

FAQs:

Why don’t I have pay stubs?
WorkMarket processes payments for independent workers, so payments are recorded as invoices and ledger entries rather than traditional pay stubs. The payment ledger report provides the same information that you may require for proof of income. 

 Can I use this for proof of income?
Yes, your exported ledger provides a detailed record of payments received.
