What are Custom Fields? How do I create them?

Custom Fields are additional unique fields that can be added to an assignment or template that can contain proprietary information to your company for your assignments.  Addition of the unique fields are unlimited and can be included globally on all your assignments, or assigned to designated templates as needed.

Typical Custom Fields can include, Order Number, Client ID, Billing Codes, Cost/Revenue Centers, Department, Tracking Information.  Custom Fields information can be included in reporting and may assist in aligning or reconciling your WorkMarket activity for other departments within your company.

Custom fields can be fields for your company to complete, or for the assigned worker to complete.

To create a Custom Field set -

  1. Click the icon in the upper right corner on your assignment dashboard
  2. Select “Custom Fields” from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the blue “New Field Set” button in the upper right
  4. Name your custom field set
