The accuracy and security of your data is one of our greatest priorities. With additional security measures added to our platform, we are required to verify the identity of users with a Canadian bank account linked to WorkMarket.
If you have a Canadian account setup or intend to setup a Canadian bank account to receive the proceeds of your activity via WorkMarket, please send either of the following document(s) to our verification team at WorkMarket-Canada-Documentation@adp.com
- Copy of your valid Passport (pages showing passport number, date of issue and expiration, photo, name, surname, place and date of birth)
- If you do not have a valid passport, please submit your Birth certificate along with some form of photo id ( e.g. Government Issued Photo ID).
You can submit your document(s) by emailing a scanned copy. Please make sure the scan or image is clear and your information is easy to read.
Once submitted, your document(s) will be reviewed by our identification team. The process usually takes one day but could extend to a couple of days.
If any documents need clarification, our team will reach out to you via the email you used for your WorkMarket account.
Upon validation, you will receive a notification and you will be able to finalize your bank account setup.
Please note that the program is only applicable to bank account ACH. If you wish to sign up for a PayPal account, this is an option for you to exercise.
