How do I allow WorkMarket Support/Account Management to access my account?

  1. As an Administrator, you can access Security Access in Settings
  2. Additional checkboxes will be added to Enable WorkMarket Support and/or Account Team Access (worker vs. client, see below). Enabling or disabling access can be done through clicking the checkbox and saving
  3. When access is turned on, a service team member can access your account
  4. Any updates or changes made to your account will be logged as the Support or Account Team user
  5. You can keep the access turned on for future service needs
