Why can’t I enter my bank account verification deposits?

You have three opportunities to enter your verification deposits correctly.  The amounts must be entered as whole numbers without the decimal or dollar sign.  For example, if you receive a deposit of $.13 please only enter 13 into the verification field.  If you submit the incorrect amounts three times, the process will be locked.

Once you are locked out of attempts, you’ll need to remove your bank account information, re-submit, and wait to receive two new verification deposits.
