When will I receive my withdrawal?

We know not everyone banks the same and not all clients pay the same, which is why we offer four flexible payment options to choose from to receive your earnings.  After your client pays you on WorkMarket, you can expect the following delivery times based on the payment option you chose.

You initiate withdrawal on banking day before: You will receive funds in your account by:

You initiate withdrawal on weekend or holiday before: You will receive funds in your account by:

9:00AM ET Not available on weekends/holidays. Request will process next banking day Within 1 hour of processing time shown to the left
4:00PM ET
8:00PM ET

 

Important to note:

  • All WorkMarket accounts are set to automatically withdraw funds and you will have the choice during set up to select an auto-withdraw cadence of either daily, or weekly on a weekday of your choice.
  • Auto-withdraw process runs once/day at 4:30PM ET | 3:30PM CT | 1:30PM PT
  • Any balance >$0 for ACH, Wisely or $50+ for PayPal, Hyperwallet will be processed via auto-withdraw; the full balance to be withdrawn
  • You can designate only one payment account for auto-withdraw, but can manually split withdrawals to any payment method prior to auto-withdraw
  • For Hyperwallet: it may take a few days for withdrawals to be received, depending on the receiving bank and any intermediary financial institutions involved in the transaction. Depending on the country and region, some transfers may take longer than others to be received

Note for Canadian users only:

  • Transfers to Canadian bank accounts may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on the receiving bank.
