Why is my bank account not verified yet?


We will try to verify your bank account instantly, but not all banks participate in instant verification. In that case, we may require for small verification deposits to be sent to verify your bank.

If, after submitting your bank account information, it is not instantly verified - two small verification deposits between $0.01 and $0.15 from "External Deposit ADP WORKMARKET" will be deposited into your bank account within 3 business days.  

This is a security check in place to ensure you’ve submitted the correct information and you are the owner of the added bank account.

After receiving the two verification deposits, return to your Accounts page, click "Verify" next to the bank account, and enter the EXACT two amounts you received.

***DO NOT attempt to enter any amounts prior to receiving the two small verification deposits.**

NOTE: The maximum number of attempts to enter your verification deposits is three (3). If you have entered the incorrect amounts more than three times, you will have to remove the account and re-add it.
