*  Following the Transfer Fee, withdrawals are also subject to the current foreign exchange rate. Foreign exchange currency conversion takes place in HyperWallet at the transactional level when a payee chooses a payout in a currency different than USD.
** HyperWallet foreign exchange currency conversion rates are subject to fluctuation and may not be the same as the mid-market rates.
*** Supported countries and regions are subject to change based on OFAC requirements.

How do I add a HyperWallet account?

Desktop

  1. Click Accounts in the "Payments" left side navigation
  2. Select New Account
  3. Click the “Method” drop down and select “Bank Account”

* Users are only able to add one HyperWallet bank account and it must be in the users name to add.

** Please make sure your bank account information is entered correctly. Invalid or non-existent bank account can result in a withdrawal return to HyperWallet, which can trigger additional bank transfer fees and foreign currency conversion (in both directions).
