What is the difference between an assignment owner and a support contact?


Many companies utilizing WorkMarket are comprised of multiple employees. The assignment budget is tied to whomever is designated the Owner of an assignment, and that employee will also receive all relevant assignment notifications.

The Support Contact (who can be the same employee as the owner), is who you'd like the worker to contact with any questions or information regarding the assignment.

In case the owner will be out of office or unavailable, it is also a great idea to add followers on an assignment, who can also receive notifications.
