As a Worker/Payee, who receives No 1099 Filing?

If your payer's WorkMarket account does not include 1099 services, WorkMarket will not generate and file 1099-NECs. 

At the end of January, you will receive:

• Earnings Report: provided to all workers regardless of client service type, and includes total gross earnings, expenses, deductions, overpayments, reversals, OAI/GL fees and net earnings for a given year
