Payment Accounts Overview: Bank, Hyperwallet, PayPal, Wisely

You can add the following payment accounts to your WorkMarket account. WorkMarket payments are made in USD, regardless of the payment account type.  

Bank Accounts

Account Type	Description
ACH (U.S. bank accounts only)	When you set up a bank account, it might be verified instantly, or it can take 2-3 business days. You will receive an email when the verification process is complete. There is no fee for ACH/direct deposit. Users are limited to 2 bank accounts.
Canadian bank accounts	Canadian bank accounts require users to verify their identities before linking an account to WorkMarket. (Refer to the note about Canadian Customer Identification Program (CIP) in Adding a payment account to withdraw funds for more information.) Canadian workers have two options to add their bank account:  ACH (recommended for CAD accounts) Currency Type: CAD only  No verification No transfer fee applies* Currency conversion fee applies (USD to CAD) Hyperwallet (recommended for USD accounts) Currency Type: USD or CAD Hyperwallet transfer fee of $0.95 USD applies  Currency conversion fees apply ONLY for CAD bank accounts. USD accounts do not incur conversion fees.  NOTE: Please validate that the correct bank account information and currency type are being submitted before completing bank account setup.   Transfers to Canadian bank accounts can take up to 5 business days. *Although there are no transfer fees for ACH, the final withdrawal amount may vary depending on the currency conversion rate from USD to CAD.

PayPal

When you add a PayPal account, the email address must match your primary WorkMarket email. If your PayPal email address is different than your WorkMarket email, you must either submit a request to change your WorkMarket email address, or change your PayPal email to match your WorkMarket email.

All transfers to PayPal are subject to a $1 transaction fee, regardless of the amount you withdraw. Click here to view other PayPal transaction fees.

You can only add 1 PayPal account to your WorkMarket account.

Wisely Card (US users only)

You can sign up for a Wisely card when you add a payment account in WorkMarket. After you sign up, the card will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. The Wisely card is available only to U.S. users.

There are no fees for withdrawing to the Wisely Card, but there might be other transaction fees associated with using the card. Refer to the CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT FOR WISELY® PAY - WorkMarket Inc.pdf for more information.

Hyperwallet (for bank accounts outside the US)

HyperWallet is a global payment platform that allows WorkMarket users to withdraw money to bank accounts outside the United States.

When you add Hyperwallet to your WorkMarket account for the first time, you are required to include your date of birth for identity verification. The Hyperwallet account must be in the user's name.

International: 2-3% conversion fee and transaction fee from $1.95-$30 depending on country.
