How can I avoid issues with equipment?

We understand that many assignments require the worker to be in possession of equipment. We recommend following these guidelines:

  • Whenever possible, do not ship equipment directly to the worker. Preferred options are to ship to site or request worker picks up when en route to site. This will limit the risk should the worker be unable or unavailable to perform the job as expected
  • When a return is required following completion of work, document the specific instructions within the assignment (we recommend using the special instructions section)
  • Provide a return label if possible, and advise the worker to take a photo of the shipment after being dropped off. Assign this photo as one of the required deliverables.
